I agree that HWL’s standard terms and conditions apply to this shipment and that logistic services LLC’s liability under the terms and conditions as laid out on the Warsaw conversion may apply.
I understand that HWL doesn’t carry cash or dangerous goods and that the information on the airway bills is true and correct.
I authorize HWL to forward the shipment in full or in part as they see fit.
I agree that HWL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearing or natural events. All of the problems are out of their control.
All fragile things must be shipped at the risk of the shipper, since the seller has no right to compensation for any damage.
HWL has the right to open and check a shipment without warning.
HWL is strictly limited to the stated cash value of the package and cannot go over 10 DHS/kg.
HWL is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by things that are out of its control. These included, but were not limited to: electrical or magnetic damage to or erasure of electronic or photographic images, data, or recordings; any defect or characteristic related to the nature of the shipment; any act or omission by a person not employed or contracted by HWL, such as the shipper, receiver, third party, customs, or other government official; “force majeure,” such as an earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood, fog, war, plane or ship crash or embargo, riots, etc.
Any loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of arrival, or HWL will not be responsible for anything.
The person who receives the package must pay any fees or taxes that are due according to the country’s rules at the location.
We deliver on time to the door. If the receiver’s phone is off or they can’t be reached for any reason, they can pick up the package from our place or wait for the next scheduled delivery in 5 days.
