- All the expenses related to trucks will be on vendor.
- Our company is liable to give business to vendor as per their capacity.
- No obligation on us related to any type of fine and maintainence.
- Our company will charge 10% of the total invoice on month end.
- Payment will be done after the ongoing month only.
- After registration the vendor must be available for work at all times.
